FAILED QUIZZZZ

Today in western civilization class with Mr. Schick we received out pop quizzes back, I did not do particularly well on it, however my bogs will eventually cancel it out and the bad grade will be history. I got a failing grade on that , however we have just been assigned a new assignment which will give me a lot of English experience as well as western civilization facts. Hey my fellow bloggers! This is ya boy Ryan Vanskiver and I cannot wait to tell yo¨abput ym Friday and Saturday. My weekend was just soccer, soccer, soccer! But heres the thing, I am not complaining at all. Soccer is my most favorite thing in the whole world and that will not change any time soon(or at least I hope not). The best game of the whole tournament was when we were up 1-0 at half time against the 9th team in the state of Pennsylvania and we all gathered together into a big huddle and I started a pep talk about my "dream" I had the night before in which we had won the championship. My first couple of days at John Carroll

The first few days of school for me have been absolutely awesome. On my first day of school(orientation which was last Friday) I have been able to see the school in different ways that I would have never thought were possible. Like on last Friday i met with my teachers and I introduced myself to new people that I thought that I would never of talked to. But the biggest thing that shocked me was when more people were coming up to talk to me then I was with others. I would've never thought that the community of this school would be so kind and welcoming to everyone that enters through. The John carroll community is something different then any other school I have ever been to. My orientation day all of the sophomores and juniors that were helping out with the orientation were being so kind and welcoming that it was all so unreal.
