Human Geography

Today in my geo class with Mr Schick we were taught about his classroom rules and his procedures that we must follow to become a good student! What we first did was we came into the classroom and put our devices into the bin so we will not be distracted by them during the class. After that what he made us do was take out our computers and look at whether or not our blogs successfully sent to his email. After we all had checked there was a good majority of kids who hadn't successfully delivered their email to our teachers email(I had though which is the ironic thing about the situation). He complimented my blog and said that it was good too! Also today what we did was pretty boring in all honesty and my back started to hurt from the chairs that are attached to the desks so I can't move in them very much at all. The first few days of school for me have been absolutely awesome. On my first day of school(orientation which was last Friday) I have been able to see the school in different ways that I would have never thought were possible. Like on last Friday i met with my teachers and I introduced myself to new people that I thought that I would never of talked to. But the biggest thing that shocked me was when more people were coming up to talk to me then I was with others. I would've never thought that the community of this school would be so kind and welcoming to everyone that enters through. The John carroll community is something different then any other school I have ever been to. My orientation day all of the sophomores and juniors that were helping out with the orientation were being so kind and welcoming that it was all so unreal.
